If you haven’t received your order by now and would like to find out about the shipment status, please follow these steps:

1.Go to your Tachyon Website and login with your username and password and click on “Virtual Office” and then on “Reports”. Under “View My Order Information” click on the Tachyon order you would like to have tracked. In the upper right hand corner you will see the ATTI tracking number.

2.Initiate a Live Chat with ATTI and give us the tracking number.

If we are offline please leave a message with the information.

3.We will give you the website information and the tracking number of the shipping company where you can follow and track the shipment yourself.
