We spent many years with US lawyers on this subject.

Even though the truth is clear that I invented the word Tachyonization as well as Tachyonized in 1991 (same year we tm) to describe the process of restructuring certain materials at the sub molecular level, and also to describe those products which have been processed, the government focuses on the root of the words, which is tachyon.

The issue is the word tachyon cannot be owned! It is a base word like the word air water sweat, dirt tree. It is also a scientific word that describes a particle. Therefore, according to the government in the United States, the word tachyon cannot be owned by anyone.

I am very happy that you are taking an interest in the subject. For so many years, Karar fought off with individuals who solely wanted to usurp energy from the frontier and groundbreaking work of advanced tachyon technologies.

I believe the focus in this case is to make sure that the word tachyon cannot be registered.

Since I am here in the United States, I have little power and understanding the complexity and legalities that are common to you. Please advise us and work with Karar to resolve this matter.

You are a United States authorized distributor of Tachyonize materials. The website is a US entity. Therefore all of the written information on the website, and the contracts are governed by US law. What this means is that you can use the word Tachyonize trademark in any language that is on the website, where it is already trademarked.

I believe I have some information from karar about the German TM and will add anything here knew that I find.
