Overview - Senior Content Manager

Responsible for developing, maintaining, updating and editing our multilingual websites and web applications.  Provide expert technical leadership in website content development, with emphasis on fully leveraging our content management system.  Recommends objective and comprehensive options for business problems.

Work on projects successfully maintaining and updating our websites, web applications, and other websites that utilize our content management system.

• Write, modify, and update content for our web sites. Work within our DNN web pages, maintaining modules, layout and integrity of the content.


• Implement new work from our designers and content producers.


• Optimize and place graphics.


• SEO optimization.


• Oversee and manage all content management projects. 
  
  


• Oversee intermediate level content management employees' workflow.


• Test and document all content changes for web sites.


• Initiate, plan, execute, and control all content to meet requirement and schedules.


• Work closely with security/compliance resources to ensure website security.  


• Introduce preventive measures when resolving production problems. 


• Demonstrate strong initiative and commitment to the organization.


• Act as team player/self-starter with the ability to analyze tasks, work independently, and to drive projects to completion.

Qualifications - Senior Content Manager

• 5 years or more of development experience building websites and web applications using Microsoft development tools with good understanding of both .Net and Java technology.


• 2-5 Years experience in SEO optimization. 


• Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, mathematics or management information systems.  


• Technical certifications a plus and/or higher-level training is desired. Experience with developing architectural standards with emphasis on marketing and content management applications. 


• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while meeting scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.  


• Desire to work in fast-paced delivery-focused environment. 


• Professional, adaptable, flexible, and able to change focus. 


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical solutions to management or team members is essential.

Multilingual is definitely a plus.
