COMPENSATION QUADRANT™


 

QUADRANT 1 - Generating Cash Flow
Your first step is Quadrant 1. Here your focus is on creating immediate cash flow and getting off to a fast start.  The Company Supports Quadrant 1 marketing efforts by paying commissions twice a month on your 20% Retail-Direct commissions. 

As a distributor you may also purchase Tachyonized Products at a 30% wholesale discount, which you can then resell directly to you customers at the full retail price.As a direct result of your personal efforts to make introductions to Tachyon and develop a consistent cash flow, other people will become excited about building their own business. These new Distributors and their customers will form your first several levels in the Unilevel portion of the plan. This activity will result in you earning a residual income each month based on their Personal Tachyon Volume and your qualified rank.

QUADRANT 2 - Initializing Residual Income
As a direct result of your personal efforts to make introductions to Tachyon and develop a consistent cash flow, other people will become excited about building their own business. These new Distributors and their customers will form your first several levels in the Unilevel portion of the plan. This activity will result in you earning a residual income each month based on their Personal Tachyon Volume and your qualified rank. 

QUADRANT 3 - Increasing Residual Income
Quadrant 3 converts your consistent focus on the first two quadrants into a substantial increase in your base income by opening up an additional 3% Infinity Bonus. Each additional leg you build in your business at this point is worth 8% (5% Unilevel 3% Infinity Bonus = 8%) through Level 7 and 3% beyond the 7th Level.

QUADRANT 4 - Developing Unlimited Generations of Residual Income
The last phase in the Compensation Quadrant is the Wealth Creation stage or reaching Quadrant 4. At this point you have successfully duplicated leadership in your organization and are being rewarded by earning even larger Generational Bonuses on an unlimited number of Partners in each leg.

T-COM2 GLOSSARY OF TERMS 


Advanced Tachyon Technologies International has created a new 2nd Generation Compensation Plan called T-Com². It’s simple and it has the ability to pay on both an unlimited width and depth of Distributors.

QUALIFICATION & VOLUME TYPES:
Commission Month  Any calendar month period in which all sources of Tachyon Volume (TV) is tabulated for purposes of calculating organizational commissions, Retail commissions are paid twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Organizational Bonuses are paid on the 15th of each month based on the previous month’s activity. All commissions can be paid directly to your ATTI provided Virtual Money ATM Card and are available to be withdrawn at over 2 million ATM locations worldwide. 

“Paid As” Rank  Commissions are based on a Distributor’s attained Rank during the Commission Month that the volume is generated. A Distributor’s “paid as” Rank can fluctuate each month based on Personal and Qualifying Tachyon Volume. 

Unilevel Depth 
The number of Pay levels that a Distributor is eligible to earn Unilevel Bonuses, based on their “paid as” rank, which is calculated monthly. 

Tachyon Volume (TV)   The assigned value of each purchased product on which commissions are paid. The TV for each product is a standardized amount based on the wholesale price in US Dollars. In other words, commissions and qualifications are based on the same value—worldwide—regardless of the country where a product is sold.

Personal Tachyon Volume (PTV)  Any Tachyon Volume (TV) generated from your personal wholesale purchases, and TV of direct purchases made by retail customers form your replicating website, is considered Personal Tachyon Volume (PTV). 

Qualifying Tachyon Volume (QTV)  Qualifying Tachyon Volume
is the combined total of your Personal Tachyon Volume (PTV) and your Group Tachyon Volume (GTV) through 7 levels.

Group Tachyon Volume (GTV)   The combined total Tachyon Volume (TV) generated by all of your downline Distributors and their customers excluding the GTV of any downline Partners in your organization during that particular commission month. 

Organizational Tachyon Volume (OTV) The combined total Tachyon Volume (TV) generated by all of your downline Distributors, regardless of depth or rank is considered your Organizational Tachyon Volume (OTV). 

Leadership Leg   Development of a Leg that has at least one Distributor, regardless of level, which has attained the “paid as” Rank of Distributor Level 3 or greater during that particular commission month. 


BONUS & COMMISSION TYPES:
Retail-Direct Commission: A 20% commission based on the Retail Price of products purchased by any customer directly from your “planet-tachyon” replicating website. 

Wholesale Discount:
Level 1: A 30% wholesale discount on any Tachyonized products purchased by a Distributor directly form ATTI. A 20% wholesale discount on any products in catagory 3 purchased by a Distributor directly form ATTI. 
Level 2:  A 37% wholesale discount on any Tachyonized products in Catagory 1,  purchased by a Distributor directly form ATTI. A 30% wholesale discount on any Tachyonized products in Catagory 2 purchased by a Distributor directly form ATTI. A 20% wholesale discount on products in category 3, purchased by a Distributor directly form ATTI.
Level 3:  A 40% wholesale discount on any Tachyonized products in Catagory 1,  purchased by a Distributor directly form ATTI. A 30% wholesale discount on any Tachyonized products in Catagory 2 purchased by a Distributor directly form ATTI. A 20% wholesale discount on  products in category 3,  purchased by a Distributor directly form ATTI.  


Unilevel Bonus: A Bonus in which Distributors earn a 5% commission of the PTV of Distributors that occupy relative downline positions in up to 7 Pay Levels. 

Infinity Bonus: A 3% Bonus that a Distributor with the “paid as” Rank of Partner can earn on their entire Group, starting with the 1st level and continuing throughout their entire organization, regardless of the number of Pay Levels, until reaching another Partner in any particular leg. 

Generation Bonuses: As a Distributor, any month you achieve the “paid as” rank of Partner, and have another Distributor in any leg that also attains the “paid as” rank of Partner in the same month, you receive a 6% Generation Bonus on their total Group Tachyon Volume (GTV). When that downline Partner continues the process by having yet another downline Distributor attain the “paid as” rank of Partner in the same month; you will receive 3% on the GTV of that second Generation Partner! This process of calculating and paying Generation Bonuses continues; 1.50%, .75%, etc. for unlimited generations of Partners.
